Item Conditions

Brand new – Giftable condition - These are products that you'd feel comfortable gifting to others. The boxes are intact, the item is brand new and unused. These items are listed at a higher price point than our pre-loved items, but still discounted compared to traditional retailers.

New in box – damaged box - These are toys that are unused and have not been handled, but the box broken, mashed or scratched.  These items are listed at a higher price point than our pre-loved items, but still discounted compared with traditional retailers, and our brand new "giftable" toys.

Excellent used condition - This is where you start to see some significant savings. These are products that are used, but are in great condition. They might have minor signs of wear, such as a scratch here or there, some bent corners, but many people will not be able to distinguish these items from new. Unless a book is listed otherwise, it is in EUC.

Good used condition - These items will have marks on them. But when do your kids ever notice if their trucks have a scratch? They're just going to crash them together anyway! They'll enjoy them, and you'll enjoy the savings.

Used – very well loved condition - These toys might have obvious signs of wear - big scratches or fading, books might have broken spines or one or two ripped pages, tangled hair for dolls. You're going to love seeing some huge toy discounts here.
